Hey ihr lieben,

auch wenn der Winter jetzt hoffentlich langsam vorbei ist und der Frühling schon eifrig an den Bäumen rüttelt, heißt das nicht, dass man auf Tee verzichten sollte. Ich meine, die Abende sind ja trotzdem noch sehr frisch und es macht trotzdem noch Spaß sich in eine Decke einzukuscheln und einen leckeren Tee zu trinken. Zumal Tee super gesund ist und das nicht nur, weil er so gut wie keine Kalorien hat, sondern auch weil unterschiedliche Kräuter unterschiedliche wohltuende zum teil auch heilende Wirkungen haben können. Bestimmt gibt es jetzt auch wieder welche die sagen, dass das Humbug ist man nur mit Kräutern nicht gesund werden kann. Da kommt es aber natürlich auf die Art der Krankheit an. Manchmal hilft ja auch die Überzeugung, dass ein Schlückchen guter Tee dem Körper neue Energie gibt.

 

Aber natürlich gibt es da auch viele Unterschiede zwischen den Tees. Beispielsweise in der Qualität- und das ist nicht unwichtig! Wenn man sich letzendlich mehr Schadstoffe zufügt als ohne den Tee, dann sollte man auf den gerne verzichten.

 

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit zwei Tees von 'teatox' ausprobiert. Das ist eine Teefirma, die aus Berlin stammt und sich darauf spezialisiert hat hochwertigen Tee zu verschicken und einem das Gefühl gibt, dass man seinem Körper wirklich etwas gutes tut.

 

Ich habe 'Fresh Focus' und 'Pure Beauty' ausprobiert und war von beiden wirklich begeistert. 'Fresh Focus' eignte sich wirklich als Alternative zum Kaffee zu testen. Ich finde der macht wach und aktiv um perfekt in den Tag starten zu können.

 

'Pure Beauty' lässt sich den ganzen Tag über trinken und ist gut für das Hautbild mit weißem Tee, Ananas und Olivenblätter. Klingt alles ziemlich gesund- schmeckt aber trotzdem! ;)

even if winter is already over and it's hopefully getting warmer day by day - that's no reason to stop drinking tea. I really love drinking tea on a cloudy, rainy grey day. Sitting on my bed, reading agood book and having a nice, hot, delicious up of tea.

 

But I think it's really important what kind of tea sou are choosing. There are so many brands and flavours and it's really not easy to see through all these.

 

I've got a whole load of teas even some I haven't even tried yet. :)

 

I think it's important that you drink tea that supports you in your needs. The normal teas in bags I don't really like- I prefer the loose ones because you can see what is going into your tea.

 

There are so many differences between one tea and the next one.

 

So, I've been asked if I'm interested in trying tea from the 'Teatox' company based in Berlin. I really sympathize with little start-ups based here in Berlin. It's such a lovely and creative city. There are so many ideas coming to your head by just walking through the lovely little streets alongside the beautiful balconys with little flowers. Next to that parks with people making music, talking, laughing and just enjoying the good times.
