Sugar-free Mini Oat Cake

Time : 25 min                                                   

Preparation: 2-4 min

Baking: 20 min


Ingredients:

 

60 g Oats

ca 25ml Milk (any kind of Milk)

1 egg / (vegan option) 1 spoon chia seeds with two spoons water (rest for 1 hour)

1 handfull of blueberries

4-5 drops of Nutriful Vanilla Flavour Drops

Preparation:

 

First you need to shred the oats until it's a nice floury kind of consistency. Then add the milk, the egg and the Flavour Drops. Stir it all into a smooth dough and gently mix the blueberries into it.

Then heat the oven at  200 Degrees and let the little cake be in the oven for around 20 min.

Let it cool down and take it out of the cake tin to eat it or decorate it!
