Quick 'Little Lunch'- Asia Soup

- 125 gr  Reis Nudeln  (Rice Noodles)

- 4 mini Karotten (Carotts)

- 2 Lauchzwiebeln (Spring Onion)

- 5-10 Champignons

- 1 TL Little Lunch Asia Gemüsebrühe (vegetable stock)

- 750 ml Wasser (Water)

- 2 Vollkorn Ciabatta (Wholegrain Ciabatta)

- Als erstes bereitest du einen Topf mit Wasser vor und gibst gleich zu beginn die Brühe in den Topf und rührst kräftig um sodass sich keine Klümpchen bilden.

(- First you prepare a pot with water and add the vegetable stock to the water and don't forget to stir!)

- Dann werden zunächst die Karotten geschnitten und in den Topf mit mittlerweile kochendem Wasser gegeben, da diese am längsten Kochen müssen.

(-Now you start cutting the carrots and add them to the cooking water in the pot because they need the longest to get soft.)

- Als nächstes werden Lauchzwiebel und Champignons geschnitten (s. Bild) und ebenfalls zur Suppe hinzugefügt.

(- Your next step is cutting the spring onion and Champignons and add them to the soup as well.)

-Alles ein bisschen einkochen lassen und dann die Reisnudeln hinzufügen, diese brauchen nur zwei Minuten zum Kochen und sollten deshalb erst dazugegeben werden wenn das Gemüse schon weich ist.

(- Let everything cook for a few minutes and then add the rice noodles- check if the veggies are soft before adding the noodles because they only need 2 minutes to be ready. )

- Wenn du möchtest, kannst du jetzt noch ein bisschen Brot schneiden und toasten- ich finde das passt hervorragend als Beilage zur Suppe!

(-If you like you can cut and roast a few slices of bread and have it next to your soup- I think that fits perfectly!)

- Die Suppe in eine Schale füllen und genießen
